In theory, since it only takes 1 sperm to fertilize an egg, then as many women can be impregnated as there are sperm in the vial.

Realistically, though, several of those sperm would die off, or be somehow mutated (like not having the tail, or having two heads, or not contain genes that are not conducive to sustaining life), and because the liklihood of one man agreeing to father several million children is quite low, probably just one.

are you asking like based on each individual sperm possibly impregnating each woman? in that case, i'd say millions. 50 million sperm per one ejaculation...

That would depends, it takes quite a lot of those fella to get into the egg sack. But of course, you only need one single of those swimmer to get there. But it is a long way through...
