I realize this is a silly question but I am on baby #3 and am 36 weeks pregnant and it is just weird don't remember this with any of the others - I have eaten very well today and am not a bit hungry but it sounds as though I haven't eaten in a week!!!

When a woman's uterus stretches, it compresses the Gastrointestinal tract. By it being narrowed, gas passing through it can sound much louder than it normally would. Labour pains dont make any noise. If there is any pain involved i would talk to my OB/Gyn about it.

apparently baby is mad and didn't like what you ate lol. Seriously, though, I am sure that as long as you are not in pain it's probably nothing to worry about. It might just be gas rumbling around from whatever it was that you did eat. I don't think it's a sign of labor.

It could just be gas - my stomach talked a lot when I was pregnant, even when I wasn't hungry, and at this point, unless you have diarrhea, it probably isn't labor.
