OFFENSIVE DIALOGUE

The D rating is given to shows that have offensive Dialogue within the program. Offensive dialogue means that some of the characters' lines within the program may have racial slurs, or sexual inuendos. One such program would be Friends

I'm not sure if its a rating, per se... like the mpaa ratings. But, I think it stands for genre. In this case, Drama.
