on my PC, i have 3 user accounts, two accounts are able to acces the internet, the 3rd one cant?

how do i hook up the third user account to the internet?

are all 3 accounts set up as administrators? Click on user accounts, click on the appropriate account, then click on change my account type. Hopefully this should help.
