How do i get my parents to buy me a phone???

I am the only one in my family that does not have one. everyonr that i know has one. even my cuzins that are younger then me have phones. i am always asking people use their phones and it is embaresing. WHAT DO I DO?????? HELP

Do what I did:
Tell your mom that you need a phone in case of emergencies. If something happens, you'll need a quick way to call someone and contact someone. How can you call the police when you witnessed someone rob a bank? Or call a cab when you bike breaks down in the middle of the road (happened to me once!).
The main reason that cell phones exist, it so that we can keep in touch with the ones close to us (especially in emergencies).

Ask them to purchase a pre-paid plan for you at Alltel. That way if you go over your minutes, the phone shuts off. However, it will come back on at 9 pm and on weekends for you to use. The plan my daughter had was only 39.99 per month. I also added 5 or 10 dollars to that amount for unlimited text messaging. She could still text message when she ran out of minutes. Offer to work around the house to cover the cost of your phone each month.

make a list of reasons why you should have one. Don't whine, just make a list.

When I was trying to get my parents to get me a phone, I locked myself out of the house when they weren't home, which helped so I could argue that 'if i had a phone, you would have known i didn't have my key and you could come home early to give it to me.'

That incident plus the list helped.

well,i experienced that too.i started to collect my allowance and use only half of it,then i put it in my cabinet until it can buy a nice and cool phone,then i talked to my parent and ask for their permission.NOW i have a cellphone
