Check if there is any fluid in the reservoir, try cleaning the nozzles by sticking a straight pin in the holes, also check and see if your hoses are hooked up.

. Open the hood and find the windshield-washer fluid reservoir. Look for a large, clear plastic container that may be labeled with words or a symbol on the cap showing two spurts of water.
2. Check the fluid level. You can fill this reservoir all the way to the top.
3. Add windshield-washer fluid using a funnel. Fill the reservoir completely.
4. Put the cap back on the reservoir

The first thing you want to do is listen for the pump running. You can do this by having someone activate it from inside the car while you are listening in the engine compartment. If the pump is running, its possible the sprayers themselves are clogged. If the pump is not running, start there.

Try spitting some water into the hoses leading to the wipers down to the washer pump as they may have lost their prime. We did this on the assembly line a lot to get washers pumping

All doors are open presently & every tom dick & harry is free to have a go, choose your name & kick Indian cricket for free, they are responsible for this mess. Not guilty till proven so but everyone is looking for more sensation & especially some people who are here at YA only for this purpose, so can't expect any sympathy. Look at the answer SBS has given & you'll understand that a balanced person has balanced views & others with imbalanced views can count themselves accordingly & there are plenty of them around. Kicking someone already on the ground is easy but hardly anyone extends a helping hand & they stand out in millions..

The nozzle might be clogged.
I live in a high mineral area and my nozzles were clogging up with percipitates. I switched to distilled water for my washers.
I used a bristle from a wire brush to clean the nozzles.
No trouble since I used Distilled water .
hope that helps.

U might have a problem with the battery. check the battery which is used to pump the fluid up. I had the same prob with my car. All I ha to do is change the battery. I didn't do it myself though. Had to take the car to the mechanic.

Seeing as that I know little about cars - I would run into one of those quick TUNE/OIL/LUBE shops and ask them to see what's blocking the spray. I found that when I use them, they will add air to my tires, refill all my fluids, etc whenever I stop in - I don't have to want any specific service. I sure appreciate this from them.

The pump in the reservoir may be bad or one of the lines may have come off or is plugged. My best guess is the pump.
