Can someone help me with AIM buddy icons please?

I want my buddy icon to be Channing Tatum and I don't know where to get one. I tried to make one but it came out all fuzzy and blurry i have a picture of him if you could make one for me or something or give me directions it would be greatly appreciated. Channing Tatum:
