i got the same thing. you may try calling the school to be sure they know about the problem. however, i would assume a school would already be aware and would be working to fix the problem.

it means that the developers of the website didn't fully test it before uploading it and making available

i suggest you email them and send the message you gave us so that they know there is a problem
