my man cheated on me . we been through alot and he love me and i love him so much too , but it is so painful , i give myself time to heal but i really do not no what to do now ,but iam araid to give him a second chance what should i do

Look nothing anyone tells you will change the way you feel about your man, because after everything is said and done, you are the one who has to make the final decision. What you need to do is follow your instincts, and look at your previous history. If you see a pattern of heartache and pain you need to leave, or stand your ground and let him know you will not tolerate his behavior any longer. A man will do what you allow him to do. If you going to just do nothing about him cheating then believe me when I tell you he will do it again.

my bf cheated on me to i saw him at the pool with another girl when he knew that i was there and he knew i wanted him to come spend time with me but he saw the other girl and it was his x gf so he went to talk to her left me and didnt tell me he was going to talk to here or anything. well the best ting to do is try to forget about him i know it is hard to do go out wiht some friends get to know some new people slowly let him go but u shouldnt take him back then he will just do that to u again he will think he has the power to control u and u dont need to let him think he can control u

to have forgiveness allows you to heal faster. however, you also need to recognize his behaviour, and how it disrespects you as a person. you need to set boundaries for yourself.
