Today at work they finaly allowed me to operate the fork truck. I was haven so much fun. It was awsome! I thought great. I'm finaly moven up in the world! Near my last break I was asked to pick up a bin full of blanks, metal shapes that haven't been shaped by the press yet, and bring them over to press 408. There were two bins of blanks stacked on top of one another. I was to grab the top one. As I grabed it I realized that the load was too heavy as it was causing my forktruck steer tires to lift of the ground. This is called seasawing the forktruck. The bins were just outside the lunchroom right infront. I had just enouph room to fit my forktruck inbetween the lunchroom outerwall and the bin I was to pick up and bring to 408. As I grabed it and lifted the load up it caused my forktruck to seasaw. the cinderblock wall. I punched a hole in the wall the size of the back end of the forktruck. The bin I was trying to lower back down after realizing it was too heavy didn't land on the lower bin but instead fell. Please tell me what I should do? Have you ever done something stupid? Please tell me so to make me feal a little bit better because I think I lost my job. They sent me home but I don't know if their going to allow me to come back to work! What do you think of the situation?

OK, so you were an inexperienced fork lift driver and you had an accident. Be glad it wasn't worse than it was. Don't try to bullshit your way out of it. If you did something studpid, admit it. If it was a total mistake, say so. The guy who put you on the job is probably going to be in trouble. Keep doing your best and eventually they'll give you another chance.
Ask God for help with the situation.

Just say " Hey, its a good thing I didn't let anyone stand on the back"! But really, how would you have known the load was too heavy, someone put it up there, right? Tell them whoever sent you to do that must have been playing a joke on you. C'mon! Pass the buck.
