I would ask my doctor to check my thyroid. To do this, all it requires from you is a blood sample which they test in a lab. Having an underactive thyroid gland (it's located behind the "adam's apple" can make one feel tired every day. It can also slow down the body's metabolism and then you can gain weight very easily. There's other reasons why you might be so tired and an under active thyroid gland is just one of them. But it can often be overlooked, so it's a good starting point.

The first thing make a list when did you start feeling this way and what happen on the day. If it is not medical it may be someone in your life that is making you feel this way. Peer pressure, a boy in your life. People can make you feel this way. If you listen to enough sadness trust me it will take your energy away.
