In round 1, RATT beat out Skid Row and the Scorpion beat out Dokken (much to my chagrin!)
I'm going with RATT, both singers can sound annoyng at times, but RATT just has the better music!

RATT the music its much more to my likings vocals are ok
SCORPIONS better vocals good music also
but my vote goes for RATT !

Round and Round was a classic song, with a great video to boot. But no contest. Scorpions had so many more hits, and that guys German voice was so odd but it worked. And remember that album cover with the guy with the forks in his eyes? Scorps easily. Plus.....They never tried to be pretty ever!!! Thats so much more Metal.

Stephen Percy (?) was a hottie, Round and Round was catchy, but I have to go with the Scorpions for sound and less make up.
