How do you say "May I speak to Mariam?" in Farsi?

I have the wish to call my friend vacationing in Iran, but I have no idea how to say "May I speak to Mariam?" when her grandmother answers.
I know rudimentary pronounciation of Farsi, so please write with the English Alphabet.
