Okay. *eyeroll* For those that don't know: A Browncoat is a term for a fan of a Sci-fi/Western show called Firefly that was made and subsequently cancled in 2002, though has recently been made into the movie Serenity. 'Browncoat' is not in the least bit a derogatory term, and is just a playfull nickname that the great Joss Whedon dubbed the fans that kept loving the show even after those slimy Fox execs took it off the air.
(For those who did know that- well. They can't take the sky from us. *geeky grin*)

Loved the firefly universe. Too bad it was screwed by Fox. If they would have given it a chance, it would probably still be on the air.
But, then again, we might not have ever had Serenity. So I guess it isn't all bad.

Actually, I am not quite that far gone, and hardly a Browncoat (not quite that diehard or doctrinaire), but I greatly loved the Firefly-verse and would have liked to see much more of it written and acted out.

ok, looked it up. I have heard of the sci-fi shows mentioned, but i haven't seen the shows. so , sorry , i am not.
