You can probably reach him through his publisher or agent. You can find out the name of his publisher in his book and his agent may be on his myspace?

He used to have a fan email, but I don't know if that's still active. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

I would try contacting the person on his website, www.anthonyrapp.com
He has an AOL account he used to use for contacting fans, but from what I've heard it isn't in use anymore.
