what are great water balloon games?

i have a ton of water balloons and i was wondering what would be a good game besides just throwing them at eachother like war

The only other thing I can think of is to drop them from the top of a
building onto peoples heads. Just don't get caught. heheheheh

play dry dry, moist. that is an identical as duck duck goose. Say dry to everyone, once you choose to %. the guy, say moist and poor some water on there head. make optimistic you dont kill the little youthful little ones!!
