I do right now, and it's not the paradise you think it is. I don't understand why women always try to start problems and fights in the workplace. I get disrespected because I was born a man. I find women are more concerned with petty things than what matters. It's really annoying, and I'm seriously considering finding another job.

Seriously, some of them talk to me like they're my mother.

I used to be an equal-opportunity kind of guy, but now, my mind is changed. Women are really stupid.

What gets me the most is when they claim their superiority over men in all things...then they ask me to lift something heavy. God...

I know what you mean, man. Been there, done that. But flip it around, put a woman in a male-dominated workplace and put her through what you go through every day, and you'd face a lawsuit. They recognize that it's not right when it happens to them, but you, on the other hand, are fair game because you're a man.

God no, I miss it!

I'm working with all dudes now. I'm straight as an arrow, but WTF? I don't really give a crap about Van Damme, Vin Diesel, or Jack Black. I don't really feel like sharing my girlfriend's most intimate secrets at work with relative strangers, or anywhere else with anybody else, for that matter. Her boob size and snatch dimensions are not public forum. The men whine more at work than the women ever did, and that makes me whine. And I haven't had much of a sense of humor about being farted on since I was about six.

Yeah, when I worked with almost all women, I agree, it wasn't always a paradise. There were the women-talk things that were annoying. Like the very first thing they ask on Monday morning after some strange is, "Was he big?" and then perv giggles all the way around. Refer back to my not liking to talk about my girlfriend's personals and intimates in public, and it's no different here. it's just the other side of the sexual harrassment coin.

But I never get disrespected in any other way for being a man. Are you sure you don't ask for it somehow? Or maybe you just work with idiots. They do come in both sexes.

I get a little of the "superiority over men" thing, but it's usually just some good-natured ribbing. And when they get me to do the lifting, they pretty much always check out my butt. I take that as a compliment.

All in all, maybe I'm weird or something, but the day goes by quicker and it's more fun and interesting when I work with mostly women. We're different and flirty and we laugh about the weirdest, most tasteless and politically-incorrect things. It makes the day fly by.

And the women don't even fart on me and laugh. Except for Penny, but she's a redneck and she doesn't know any better. For some reason, even that doesn't bother me much. I guess I just prefer the company of women.

How awful, isn't there a way you can change jobs? I know how it is, I was the only woman in an all male office, and I learned to quick step around the gropper, sneak past the pincher, avoid getting caught in the copy room, keep my upper lips in a small smile and my blouses buttoned to the neck. Mini skirts were for home and don't ever look like I'd ever heard a joke. It was called survival. All things pass, I was eventually promoted and had my own office!

Quit if you can, and if you can't, just work like hell and get the promotions.

I work in an office that is predominately women, and my experience is vastly different from yours. I find most of them to be fun, friendly and good at their jobs. We help each other in the same ways that my colleagues and I have done in other jobs that I've had. We all have strengths and weaknesses, and if lifting something heavy can help them, I don't mind.

You should look elsewhere for employment if the environment is hostile to you, but it sounds to me as if you have already acquired a bias against women that will cause you problems if you find yourself in a similar situation in the future. You need to lose that. It won't serve you well.

Its not that way everywhere...they are probably all on the same cycle, and you get caught in the crossfire. Not all women are stupid, and dont burn your bridges, you may need references from this place to get another job!!

I hear you, man. The thing that gets to me is how they feel they have the right to spank and pinch my bottom, while giggling and making embarrassing comments, whenever they want.
