I have taken him to 3 vets and none of them had a clue so 150 bucks later and still dont know whats wrong with this poor bunny and I am 100% sure that it is not ear mites I am really at a loss right now I hope I will be able to help me find out what it is one more thing I have 3 bunnies the sick one I rescued from a dad situation he had this when I got him and the other bunnies have not been infected although they are in same area am 100% sure that it is not ear mites

It's hard to say without actually seeing them. What kind of breed is it? If it's an English Lop that might explain part of it. Might also possibly be where another rabbit chewed its ears. I don't really know of any cases of warts in rabbits. You might pose the question to the American Rabbit Breeders Association. If you do, you may want to take some pictures of the ears to help them determine what it is. Dr. Chris Hayhow (veterinarian) of the ARBA is very knowledgeable on rabbits and their diseases. You may also try sending pictures of it to a local agricultural university. Purdue University is has a really good veterinary program that might be able to determine what it is.

There might be a chance that it is warts, but warts are usually rare in rabbits. I've had them for 24 years and never had a wart on any of my rabbits.

could be a cyst. just keep an eye on it, cause if it busts, it will leave a huge infected hole. then you would have a problem. just dont pick at it, youll make it worse.

Could be warts.
