before testing between $75,000 and $100,000 it also depends on the team the engines run at about the same price i know for sure it costs about $4 million to run a team

You can get a used one for about 40 grand but a new one like you see in NEXTEL with paint job and alterations is about 250 grand all the way up to a million depends on the team

I saw on TV that just paying for motors, aerodynamics,etc. will cost between 15-25 Million dollars to keep the car running in the sport.

Each car, with all the engineering and paint scheme and fully stocked runs about 1 million dollars.

Depends on the set up for the car. They use different cars at short tracks, restrictor plate race tracks and road tracks.

I think it is 50-50. Even if the driver is excellent and the machine is awful, there won't be a winner. The man and machine have to click.
