Go to a dermatologist and they will get you something safe. You OBGYN is going to refer you. I thought I had a ringworm and it was eczema. Since I became pregnant I have had a few outbreaks but they can give you a mild prescription for it. (Ringworm or not)
Side note: Why the heck do guys come on this website and answer questions about pregnant women? Every answer I have seen shows they don't know nothing about women not being able to take certain medications over the counter or not. They shouldn't answer questions for points and give first time preggies the wrong idea.

They aren't good. You don't want them to spread. There is a over the counter medicine you can use. Ask a pharmacist at your local drug store. They should be able to help you determine if it would be safe. I can't remember the name, but it also works on athletes foot. It won't affect the pregnancy or the baby.

I don't believe the ringworm is dangerous, but the medications to treat it can be. Contact your OB and get her to prescribe something safe.

I would call the ob and ask them what antifungel cream to use. I would think since they are on the skin that the baby should be fine.
