Go to see your doctor. I had cramps so bad that i couldn't walk and then i would bleed so heavy it would run down my legs with pads on! I went to my doctor and she put me on these estrogen pills for about a month and they not only stopped the cramps, but they controlled the heavy flow of the period and after the estrogen, i would take 800 ml ibuprofen, which you can buy over the counter. They come like in either 200 or 500 ml, but they are soooo good, always, Moltrin is good too! I can't take that medicine that they have for cramps, it does nothing for me, so see your doctor, our bodies are different and react to certain medicines certain ways, but ibuprofen is over the counter, you can find that in any store, and it helps. You are not alone, so many women, young ladies have this problem, so i recommend you go to the doctor and until you get there, get some Moltrin or ibuprofen to hold you over. Good luck and take care!

I used to have the exact same problem when i was in high school. I usually take like Tylenol or simply some type of pain reliever, and then go to sleep. I helps me a little but it prevents me from feeling like passing out or vomiting. Hope this helps.

Take evening primrose oil caplets. They're over the counter, on the vitamin aisle. I think they reccomend one a day, might be 2, read the bottle. On the bottle it only says 'for women's health' but easing a period is one of the things it does.

If it's that bad you might want to go to a gynecologist.
