anybody buy the alternative 9/11 theories?

specifically that our government or parts there of in complicity with the military industrial corporations actually did it. please this is not intended as a forum to bash the left, but for intellectual pursuit

"Liberals" do not buy into conspiracy theories any more than the rest of the population. The lunatic fringe is in its own, special, category.

I'd go so far as to place blame on the government, but only because of their incompetance. They had adequate warning, and they failed to act on it.

I think it is absurd to think that in an event this big the government could keep everybody quiet that needed to be kept quiet. The only people who believe these theories are die hard Bush bashers. I don't see why they think they need intricate lies to do this his approval rating is at an all time low.

I don't think so. After all, Al-Quida has proudly taken responsibility for it. Also, Bush hadn't been in office long enough to pull that all together. I mean, how would he get suicide bombers and all of that without someone coming forward and saying something? Now, if Hillary were behind it, I might think otherwise . . .

well I just find it very difficult to believe that our government with all our different type of investigative departments that none of them knew it was coming, I do believe they have some fault
