Most people outside of Japan know Naruto because of the anime. The Naruto manga is much better than the anime series. The anime is interesting up to around episode 130 (you can see them all on YouTube), after that it's fillers that has nothing to do with the main plot. Give the anime a try first, but I guarantee you the manga is better.

Naruto! the best anime ever depending on whether you enjoy the tons of filler episodes or not. But as explained before Naruto is an anime concnering a young boy who at birth had a demon sealed inside of him: The nine tailed demon fox (kyuubi no kitsune). How it happened? Well 12 years ago (according to the anime) the demon fox attacked Konoha and the fourth kage (yondaime) fought against the demon. However, there was only one way of stopping the demon and it was by sealing him, so the fourth did so but in exchange for his own life. Because of this Naruto is resented and hated by everyone in the village except for the third hokage. As you watch the anime things will start explaining themselves and you'll get addicted to it like crazy XD.
Tons of comedy, martial arts, shinobi stereotypes and cool jutsus XD

I know a ton about naruto, so much that my friends call me a "narutard." It's an awesome anime series concerning Shinobi (the stereotype of ninjas, with shuriken, kunai, and such) and a particular team of them that has it harder than the rest when it comes to missions and training. Need I say more? I can tell you the handsigns for jutsu! xD

Yes i LOVE naruto that iz my favorite anime show. I wish that our life was actually like Naruto. But my favorite character iz Neji Hyuuga the boy with the Byakugan. Me and my friends kno tons and tons about them we also play a little games based on it so yea there are alot of people that like naruto. YEA naruto iz POPULAR.

I know too much. or so does say my friends. I have watch all episodes (japanese version) with the exception of maybe 1. I also read the online translated manga. So you can imagine I know quite a bit.

Its okay, people think its good, but i think it suks, i dont know why but i just hate it, after i watched the first episode it just suked, and i had better anime to watch such as Bleach and Eureka Seven.
