Absolutely. I don't understand why it is even an issue. Church and state are supposed to be separate. Humans should be allowed to form unions whether they be homosexual or not.

I absolutely believe so. 1. There is no sanctity or respect for marriage or our divorce rate wouldn't be so high. 2. there are thousands of couples who DON'T want children and get married.3. Gays and Lesbians have bio AND adopted kids anyway. 4. Likely won't change the divorce rate. 5. Won't take your spouse away unless they "come out". 6. IT'S TIME TO LIVE AND LET LIVE

Yes. I don't understand what could be horrible about 2 loving adults wanting to commit their lives to one another. I have no problem supporting gay and lesbian marriage. Love is love.

I don't think governments should recognize marriages of any kind. They should only recognize civil unions. As far as civil unions go, I think any adult should be able to commit him or herself to any other adult, regardless of gender.

Keep marriage a religious function. Some religions would sanction gay marriage and some wouldn't. Everybody's happy...

Except the religious fanatics who can't stomach the idea of homosexuals living together...

...and extremist gay activists who want to force their lifestyle down every living creature's throat.

there is always going to be controversy about gays and lesbians allowing to get married. what ever happened to our rights and priveledges because we live the same normal life and are taxpayers, but the only difference is, we like people of the same sex.

it is pathetic that it seems that illegal aliens have more rights than us and those are usually the lawbreakers.

Marriage, by definition, is a union between a man and a woman. Part of its purpose is for procreation. Same gender couples cannot procreate. God created marriage to join man and woman together as one flesh so they could have babies and form families. Thus, there can be no marriage between same sex individuals.

If you want to one day stop the proliferation of the human race, then let the one gender marriage go ahead. When you look around and all you see are a bunch of ****** but no children, then you will know that people who wish to make such unions possible are wrong.........
