If a Full time worker has been sacked are they still entitled to receive there holiday pay?

Assuming your state laws are the same as California, you should get paid for the holiday if you worked the business day before and the business day after the holiday.

IN MISSOURI IF YOU WORK THE DAY BEFORE OR AFTER YOU DO. I DON'T KNOW WHAT RULES APPLY TO BEING FIRED THOUGH, I KNOW IF I'M FIRED I WON'T RECIEVE THAT MONTH'S BONUS.
