My family is very involved in our relationship. I tell them to stay out of it, It's my business, but they make it difficult for us to talk. We meet sometimes but our phone calls are monitored and they tell me I can't use the phone to talk to him, so I sneak, and even say it's a pretend friend. I love him and want so much to be with him but he can't trust me or my family. I am loyal, and true to him but I can't get him to believe me. He knows my family is trying to keep us apart. I would stay away from them, it he'd give me the chance. I love him so much.

You Family's making it it very difficult for him to have a normal relationship with you... a guy (or anyone) can only take just so much of that kind of Sh_t. You can't change the way your family is, so just leave him be... if You really love Him, and if He really loves You, than you'll come together some other time.

Why not introduce the guy to your family..? One thing that your family is in between your relationship is that they love you and are protective of you because they don't want anything bad to happen to you. They've been through a lot and have more experience with life. Don't lie to your parents. You should always be open to them because they are not just people, but they are your family. It takes years to build trust but only takes a second to lose it. Take care and God bless ^_^

Well, if you're living at home, it is yur family's business. You'll find someone else. If not, and if you're over 18, move out. But have you ever thought that there's a reason they don't approve of your ex?
