probably because you're about to hit puberty if you already haven't and if you ahve hormones are going to start racing and when you're with your g/f things could get pretty out of hand...take it from me...i kno from expierence and i'm only 14

Even if you've had sex ed in school your probably don't know everything. Even if you do know everything, he's your dad. He thinks your young, so he wants to protect you. :) Listen to him though, sometimes--- this is hard to believe-- parents are right about stuff! (I know, I still don't believe it sometimes! ) :)
