or any of this other celebrity news out there? I think celebrities are getting way too much exposure and detracts from news that could actually be worth something to someone...

Yea, Channing Tatum is an intriguing person. He isn't entrenched in scandal... he is a model who became an actor and he has some pretty decent roles under his belt. Fortunately, I haven't heard any "gossip" about him and I'd like to keep it that way.

i like it better when the celebrities use their fame to raise awareness (or money) on a needy cause, such as Brad and Angelina (who , by the way, i don't particularly care to hear more about). they knew the birth of their baby was big "news" so they sold the first photos and donated the money to a charity.

I would much rather see something like that vs who Paris is dating/fighting or which guy Lindsay was at a party with.

The media and the government work together and give you this worthless info instead of telling the americans the truth about what really goes on,in this world.I imagine the great men who wrote the constitution must be rolling in their graves.TRULY SHAMEFUL WHAT THEY HAVE DONE AND ARE CURRENTLY DOING!!!Allowing the the oil companies,to get away with making astronomical profits since hurricane katrina.I recall back in the early 70's when they claimed "GAS SHORTAGE",only to reveal 20 years later(in the news no less)that there was never a shortage of any kind.I surel don't recall being reimbursed for this oversight. It is a sad state of affairs for us.

I agree, that is unless it has something to do with Channing Tatum, JK, I couldn't agree with you more, who really cares about people you don't even truly know?

I agree with you, wholeheartedly. It emphasizes trivia and makes these distractions seem more important than the really are.
