I'm not sure how the others are possible but:
Light energy to chemical = photosynthesis
Mechanical energy to chemical = when you add pressure to a gas or a liquid and you cause it to change structure. (Le chatilier's principle)

Keep in mind that they are all basically the same thing, the action of atoms, subatomic particles and their interactions, their relations. Heat is light, but heat to visible light would be fire, as one example, high pressure induces a release of heat and chemical transformations may follow, lighting a match, sound is essentially changes in pressure, so heat from audible pressure changes could produce material fatigue and again, sound is mechanical energy, so, lighting a match, Ultra Violet radiation and sun burn.
