The absolute safety of diet soft drinks is unclear during pregnancy. We do not recommend the use of saccharin in preganacy at all. Consumption of all empty calories is strongly discouraged. Perhaps a glass of water or juice would better suit the nutritional needs of you and your baby.
Consult your physician/nurse midwife for more specifics regarding this topic.

It is the artificial sweetener in the diet soda. I have been drinking diet soda for years, and I have 3 daughters. With my first daughter, I was feeling exactly like you are. I switched to regular soda during all 3 pregnancies, but I had drank alot of diet coke before I found out I was pregnant- all 3 times, and all of my daughters (thank God) are healthy. Good luck to you!

If you have not had a interval in view that April, that's three months. If all three of your being pregnant assessments are confident, I'd say correct now you're in denial. Not everybody has the traditional signs of being pregnant, and no longer everybody profits a ton of weight. Get an ultrasound performed, see a health care professional and get capable for a brand new addition to the household.

There are many other things that they say you should stay away from or not have a lot of and people have been known to ignore that and the babies are fine.
I drank a lot of soda during my pregnancies and both of mine are fine. But that does not mean that is the same for all.

I was told the caffeine or the NutraSweet was not good but It wont effect the baby. The NutraSweet isn't good for the headaches and will be the cause. But I really doubt it will affect the baby just stop or cut back. It's not anything to worry about in my opinion.

If some women can do drugs and abuse their bodies while pregnant and still manage to have healthy children, I don't think a few diet sodas are anything to worry about.

Your not sure how far along you are, and even if you are, it's probably not that far along to cause any real damage. Go see a doctor and express your concern, and just lay off the sodas for awhile until you meet with your doctor.

They like for you to not drink too much caffeine. That is the only reason. If it makes you jittery then it could make the baby jittery.
