There are many calling cards to use. Go to a newsagent and ask for one. There should be a list of countries that you can call with the particular card that you purchase and the rate of call. Australia is usually around 50c per minute if you use the calling card. Hint: Use a payphone (public phone) or other land line instead of your cell phone (mobile phone). The number you call first should normally be toll free then you enter your card PIN and the number you want to call.

See how you get on with that!

you can get lots of different kinds of calling cards (ie: from 7-11, drugstores etc). Look for the best value one - you can also do a search online and buy them there too.
