i go basicly the same problem except i have a raher nice 6 pack

At 15 140 is skinny as hell I dont think you need to loose anything.

You are not giving enough info. But a good, balanced diet, as recommended by the food guide, and excercise (especially working on your abs) five times a week would be a start.
