Ice will reduce the swelling, and toothpaste or a clay mask will absorb the oil. There's no way to get rid of it until it goes away on its own.

If its that bad go to a derm and have a cortisone injection right into the zit. For less serious solutions dab some salicylic acid on it and a clay mask to dry it out.

Apply toothpaste to it and leave it on for an hour or so. When you take it off, your horrid zit shouldn't be as red and big as usual, but it doesn't go completely away.

A quick fix would be ice it, use some toothpaste, wash it off after maybe 10 minutes, ice it again, then use some makeup if it's not completely gone yet.

Put toothpaste on it. As the toothpaste dries it sucks out the infection.
