Why so much emphasis on who is doing what? Yes, there are "types" of people, but within in that, you have individuals. I am not just like everyone else in the world. I am always going to be uniquely me. I might be similar to someone else...but never a carbon copy.
I am always doing what I can to be true to myself....and don't really care if that matches what someone else does or not.

Ever heard of the 60's ? Non-conformity has been beaten to death, but we still have many idoits today that believe that if they get anough tattoos, body piercings, buy another new harley motorcycle, that this makes them a rebel, an individual, etc. I think it is just an outer sign to show the world that they are really a boring person with no personality.
Let's all wear black too !

I think it's hilarious when you see a group of kids, trying to be non-conformists.....but then they are all dressed alike! It's the dumbest thing.
Hey, do whatever you want. Conformity is fine, but not for the sake of conformity. The same goes for NON-Conformity. Do what you will, but not for the sake of trying to LOOK like you are different. If you are different, it will come out naturally.

Yes, you are inherently correct. It's human nature to want to be accepted; therefore, people try to fit in. But for the most part, our society is developed enough and intelligent *enOugh* to accept free standind individuaism in people.`
