You have asked a question that many of us want to know the answer too. A woman, who has an affair with a married man is probably hearing lies just like his poor wife. He's filling her with some pitiful sob story or he's not even married. So, she is as innocent as the wife. Anger directed her would be wrong, it should all land right there on the husband.
Now if the woman knows he is married, and some just don't care, then she should handle accountable too. Even if she knew the couple and they were having problems, he's off limits till the divorce is final. But some don't care who they hurt or what trouble she causes.
I guess most woman want to have an excuse not to blame the true guilty party her husband. So she invents all these excuses how a woman conned her husband out of his pants. The wife finds she can deal with heartbreak and the shame easier if husband was seduced-drunk-drugged-practically raped by some she devil. Unfortunately, that is far from the truth biggest part of the time. She can justify herself taking back the cheater, and it's easier to forgive a victim than culprit. God bless us all.....

well, first of all because all parties involved are failing to look beyond the immediate threat of woman steals woman's man. cheating is an issue in the cheater. The one he/she cheats with is generally a person with low self esteem who doesn't feel they deserve someone 100% commited to them so they get someone who is only partially available. It's a cowardly act.
The person who is betrayed automatically looks to the 3rd party because there are no feelings or attachments to that person and it's easy to hate them. The person, man or woman who betrayed them is someone they have feelings for so the immediate anger is sometimes confined because of the fear of losing them. It just all depends on the person who was betrayed's coping skills, their ability to comprehend that it has nothing to do with them and their ability to put things into perspective. Since most people being cheated on haven't made the wisest choice in partners ( or they wouldn't be cheated on because communication and boundaries would already be in place) shows that they probably don't have the skills needed to deal with things effectively.
BUT, the "other woman" is the type of woman who is cowardly, lacks confidence, self esteem, integrity, self pride, values and all around good common sense.

Isn't it easier to be angry with a stranger and not someone you have put your trust in, someone you love? I do believe there is plenty of anger at the husbands, but there is an underlying love that doesn't necessarily just go away.

They want to believe the 'other woman' tempted him and came on to him...that he was an innocent party who was 'attacked' by a sex crazed chick and just couldn't help himself.
It's stupid really...I'd be WAY more PO'd at him...and figure the 'other woman' will end up getting what she's asking for eventually as well, someone who will cheat on her...

It's easier to hate someone you don't know than to hate the person who took vows to love and honor you. I also believe women think other women should know enough not to mess with a married man.

I think that most men aren't too interested in getting into an affair unless they meet someone who makes the play for them and lets them know that they are ready to play. Most married men don't want to break up their marriage but sometime the lady in the affair does want to break up that marriage. You have to take good care of that man to keep him home.

Speaking from EXPERIENCE, it takes TWO TO TANGO. I hate my husband and his whore equally. However, he is the only one who is (was) held accountable to me.
She can HAVE him. I have the kids, house and 65% of his income.
Live on LOVE baby!

Denial, they want to believe that if the other woman did not offer her self he would have been faithful.
