I would say "Concrete Angel" or "Independence Day" both by Martina McBride. And I have proof that she can make you cry b/c my stepmom and i went to see her live and they played the video for "CA" and my stepmom had never seen it and she said she was crying by the end of the song, its that powerful, really both of them are.
