I feel that sometimes my memory isn't as good as it should be for my age, I'm in my early adult hood and there are certain things that I can remember accurately but other things that I wish I could remeber but can't seem to accurately remember them. Especially when it comes to critical thinking, like mathematics-I love math, but sometimes it seems like anything I learn one day I seem to forget the next. Any advice on an activity that will help refresh my memory would be great. Thanks.

Here's what works for me... good health and supplements. A good diet and exercise program are not just good for the body... It will help your mind work better as well. There's a supplement called ginko biloba that improves thinking and recall. I've been on such a program for months now. While the change was gradual, I have noticed a big difference in clarity and recall. It really works. Read more about good health here: http://www.chetday.com

Do crossword puzzles, read. Play mind games. Meaning reflect over the days events of what you did and where you put things. How you felt. Supplements like www.Mannatech.com(go to USA then Assoc #1031392, ambrotose, catalyst and glycogen) offers helps improve mine so that I dont have to wonder as much "what did I come in here for". I find I dont have to write every thing down then, just somethings.

Although for most practical purposes repetition and writing really helps, try associating things you need to remember with things you already know. For example, associate individuals you know, with history/biology data.
Use color.
Also follow a logical pattern if you need to remember a sequence...you will retain it better and wont feel the need to cram.
