The problem with America is not the president but its the lack of education of the American people and their laziness. Americans these days hear the news from word of mouth they never find anything out for themselves they are ignorant to the world and its problems. America is a lazy fat little selfish child.

True, since they elected him in the first place.

Since he was elected, I believe that people behind the scenes are really calling the shots. G.W. can't think for himself.

America, as in every other situation, doesn't want to face up to the fact it has a problem. The people want to keep their head burried in the sand. As long as they do that, they never have to take responsibility for the fact they have created the MESS we have in this country and therefore never have to feel the guilt of having done it either. Can you imagine how neocons must feel knowing they let people die on the streets of thier own country of starvation and medical problems instead of taking 10 to 50 dollars a year extra out of their pockets in taxes to actually HELP people out that are less fortunate. Not everyone gets the breaks or has the mental capacity to become a "middle class" to "upper class" resident. For gods sake people (HUMmmmmmmmm didn't Jeses say this also) Help a guy out once in awhile.

My experience is that Americans are generally hard working concientious hard working people. The only area Americans (as well as the rest of the world) appear to be lazy is an interest in politics and world affairs. As the saying goes the people get the government they deserve.

Yes, sadly the american people have sold their consent for a few walmarts, big macs, and suvs. Dont underestimate the deep corruption that exists within the leadership though (on both sides). We have been lied to and manipulated. DOnt worry though, a new conciousness is arising ~ the sleeper is about to waken, and when this happens, we will use our free will and power in a responsible and amazing way. you are living in a magnificent and important time in human history. be a part of the growth of human conciousness.

"Bullshit" if you did your research we are the hardest working country in the world... we have long work hours... not to mention the overtime we have to work just to survive! And education here is given to us for free until we turn 17/18 and if we don't make enough money we can still get education for free... I think you are the ignorant one... I don't sit here and call your country lazy and ignorant... and for your information our country was way better with out our president now... did you know he gave tax benefits for the 1% of our nation that was already making millions of dollars a year?? Which in fact depleted our surplus of money.. which has now turned into a trillion dollar debt?? and you want to blame that on us... go screw yourself!

You said it! I'm an American and I feel exactly the same way. Most Americans, especially the ones on this site, have NO IDEA what is really going on in the world today or for that matter, in our country. They hear bits and pieces of news and pretend they know what is going on. .......They are more interested in Yahoo! Messenger, MySpace, and Chris Brown....

Americans are not lazy, in general. For the most part, Americans are disconnected from politics because they have very little influence over it. Representative democracy in the U.S. is mostly illusory.

I think the Americans are too blinded by their media. The American media has blown the terrorism threat and Bush's "democracy" missions out of proportion, that's why support for Bush is still so strong seeing as all the atroctious acts he has committed.

Well, the president is at fault, and you are generalizing the entire country, so I disagree with you on that. I do agree with you on one aspect. Our country doesn't question itself, and when it does, you have people shouting you down or saying you're un-American. People need to start asking questions & stop blindly following what Republicans, or Democrats for that matter, say to them.
