instructions how to get to graphic accelerator?

I can't find out what do i have to type in the run program to fix my grapixs.

go to start menu then select control panel then select system then select the hardware tab and then select device manager then find your graphics video item in the list and click repair & it could also be that your graphics plug is not tightly connected to the monitor or the computer.
