Man...ya'll are giving me some really stupid and immature answers. If somebody told you, you were dying, I guess you'd act stupid and immature?

I would do everything with my family. My husband was murdered right in front of me almost 11 years ago, and the last thing I said to him was negative because we were arguing, I had no idea of course that he was about to be killed and I would never be able to speak to him again, but it still hurts today. I would make sure everyone I love knows it, make sure that I forgave people that I needed to forgive, and just enjoy the time I had left with those I love. I would not want to do anything extraordinary, no skydiving, scuba diving, anything like that, I would just want to be with my family, especially my kids as much as possible, and if I was fortunate enough, I would want to do it pain free and be coherent so I could actually enjoy being with them all. Because of my last words to my husband, I always make sure that even if I am mad at them I tell my loved ones that they are just that, LOVED!

By the way, the baseball player in the video is Philadelphia Phillies player #45, Tug McGraw, Tim's dad who played for the Phillies, he was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 and died in 2004. There is a great article about this at philadelphia.phillies.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/news/article.jsp?ymd=20060615&content_id=1506883&vkey=news_phi&fext=.jsp&c_id=phi

I've been thinking about this lately.
I would certainly rush about less, and value the time spent with my loved ones, friends, family, and even aquaintances in a different way.
I'd like to live my life as if I was going to die, 'cause then my deeper values would come through more strongly, and, in the end, I would be better prepared to die when the time came.
Good thought!
(Sorry I have not yet checked out the link you provided but will do so tomorrow)

Contact everyone I can who has been a part of my life and tell them how much they mean to me, that I go into the beyond a firm Christian with hope of Salvation, divide up my possesions and distribute them, try to help at least one deserving person if my worldlies are small in value, and let all my organizations--past and present know I am departing and the estimated date.

In short, I will settle my affairs so it will not be a burden to anyone and a blessing to as many as possible--and assure to the best of my ability that those I have and do love are aware of that love.

And that's it. Simple enough, huh?

(Good question, dude!! It caused me to think about things that I ought, given my age and expected life span remaining. Thanks.)

I'd tell everyone I know (well as many as i can in the amount of time i have) exactly how I feel about them. I'd get that dumb tattoo I always wanted to get. I'd give away everything I have to people who need it more than I ever did. .. So many things, so little time.

pray all i could, charity work, fasting, and all the other 5 pillars of islam to protect myself from hell! I would say my goodbyes, and save up enough money to leave my family in good care, get married, have kids, and much more.
