Well for TRUE Americans, yes it is the way.For p**** Liberals that were beaten daily as a child by other kids, no its not
And toby has over 2000 cd's signed by the troops, then mailed to him,. thanking him for that song.He also has played there for the troops 16 times now as well as in bases all over this country. Wonder how long the Dixie Chicks would make it in Iraq?

It is the American Way to 'put a boot in the a**' of those who deserve it - by oppressing others, stifling freedom, or generally making the world a less pleasant place. Especially if they attack us, or an ally.
Time to fit Hezbollah for a size 12D!

When Uncle Sam puts your name at the top of his list, and the Statue of Liberty starts shaking her fist, the eagle will fly, an there's gonna be hell, ...When you hear Mother Freedom start ringing her bell....then you'll feel like the whole wide world is raining down on you.....It will be brought to you courtesy....of the Red, White and Blue!
Paraphrased......I love this song!!!!!!!!! Yes I believe we are the strongest nation on earth, and if you mess with us......you'll be sorry that you messed with the USof A.........

Please remember the context of the song, shortly after 9/11. In that context, yes, we will (metaphorically) put a boot up the *** of the people who coordinated that act. So, in that sense, yes it is. I love that song by the way. I also love Beer for My Horses

A metaphor, the boot up ur A** is really an AK47 in your face...
The American way is not to be a pansy a**. What do you want us to say "please don't attack us Mr. Terrorist, we're really nice people, here's a flower..."

I didnt hear this comment, but I imagine it is part of a (thankfuly) diminishing way of thinking here in the US, where might=right. Again, I didnt hear it, or the context that it was used in, but I KNOW this way of thinking.

God, I hope not. That's pretty horrible.
Trying to compromise is better than forcing your views on somebody else.
Too much hate in this world.....
