My brother is 13 yrs. old and according to girls his age, very hot. Recently, while we both have been severly sick i noticed he enjoys playing with himself but not to the point of an erection. I don't think he even knows what masturbation is because even in public he sticks his hands down his pocket to fondle himself. Unless you watch him continusly you wouldn't be able to notice. My mother has often told himself to stop playing with himself but he continues to do so. It really bugs me and I don't know what to do. It would be too embarresing to adress both my mother or brother about this matter. At 13 a boy is growing and developing at a rapid rate. The penis is being prepared for adulthood and the function of fatherhood. At his age it feels like tiny insects crawling around on the head of the penis. To put it in terms a girl could understand, imagine you arm was asleep and is just waking up. Massaging it under the circumstances is perfectly normal.This is not masturbation though it will eventually result in it. You do not want him to get the idea that masturbation is bad. It isn't. The best thing is to tell him that there is nothing at all wrong with pleasantly manipulating his penis but etiquette demands that it be done in private like in his own room, the shower or eventually with his gf.

I remember 13. It was especaly difficult for me and Im nearing 30 now. It turns out I had a rare skin dissorder that caused extreme itching and pain wherever hair decided to grow. I would try to see if he might need to see a dermatoligist, he might not even know why hes doing what hes doing. It might be a problem that he needs a doctor to examine. mocking will only cause phsyc -problems in the long run if this is the case.

video tape your next family outing and make sure you get that on video.

i would just confront him.throughout middle and highschool, it really won't matter if he's sexy because itl just be funny. once he gets into the real world though, he will be sorely upset from the social stigma.
