I got my Ca. drivers license when I turned 16, now that I'm 18, what are the changes to my status? Thanks!

Oh btw, I'm blind in one eye, so I know that drafting is out of the question. Thanks anyways!

now you don't need someone 25 or older to sit next to you in the passenger's seat to "legally" drive. your also legal to drive alone at night.

Well when you are 18 you can get in trouble and have to pay for it yourself, not your parents! Also you can vote, which probably sounds thrilling... You could legally move out on your own if you were able to support yourself, and any of that other stuff that you hear that you "must be 18" for.

I dont know about your status in driving but in life now you can vote and if you go to jail you get to spend a little more time there.

u can now be sued if you run someone over, but ull be tried as an adult!!! SUX 4 U!!!
