"Playing doctor" is sort of a cliche for little kids being curious about each other's bodies and undressing for each other, especially when it's a boy and a girl. Whether it really happens that often is very debatable.

Well, one becomes the doctor and one becomes the patient. Then they start asking questions and use the fake sthethescope and stuff and give medicine ( not real). It's fun! I used to play that.
