I know others have played Holmes and Watson, but I think most will agree that these are the most popular and well known.
So, which duo is your choice as your favorite residents of 221B Baker Street?

I like both too. I have to give the nod to the latter duo of Brett and Hardwicke, if only because Bruce played Watson as a bit of a buffoon.
In the books, Watson was no buffoon. Personally, I prefer my Watson to be more dignified.
