Hey, I do it all the time. It's no big deal. I either sit at the bar or sit at a table and enjoy a good book along with a good drink. Who cares what people think anyways, do your own thing!! If you want to go out on and have a drink well good on you, that just shows that you don't depend on other people to do what ever it is you want to do, we spend so much time living our lives trying to accommodate other people, its about time we start living for ourselves!!!! Go out have fun, and I'll probably be on the other side of the bar doing the same thing!! Good luck!

I know you cant look like that picture, otherwise you'd really be alone. Just kidding. A sense of humor helps. If you stay home you will be alone. A person who wants friends has to show himself friendly. Obviously the people were not invited over to your house so you have to go where they are.

It depends where you are, here in Calif you do not have a very good chance at all in meeting people. We are not the friendly state that you hear about in the movies, We are scared of each other in So Cal. Now in the Midwest they are very friendly and I think a guy could even get lucky there.

go out to a sports bar , you can go by yourslef, I do that all the time. Sports bars are easy place to make a ton of friends.
