The biggest problem that I have with people that don't know when to shut up is that most of the time they have nothing to say. They just go on and on. For some reason they think that their every thought sould be heard and that what they have to say is so important. I also hate it the way that you can't get in edge wise. They want to control the conversation and have the nerve to think that we just want to hear nothing except their voice. I find it funny that by the time they get done with what they have to say you relize that you really don't know what there point was. It's just like watching a stream of words that seems to have no end and you wish that there was a way that you could build a damn. I remember once that I had one of those senseless conversations with this nice lady that was married and had the most beautiful children you had ever saw. Her twin daughters were just knock outs. I think that we started talking about the right way to raise children. She wanted to tell me that raising girls was harder then raising boys. I thought that raising boys and girls was the same. She just went on about the way that you have to buy such nice things for girls and boy will just put up with what ever they got. I told her that was a load of horse crap and I should know horse crap. I used to work on a farm and had to shovel the crap out of the stalls everyday and pile it up in the back of this great big barn. This barn was in this guy's family for centuries and the family had a family cemetary on the property. There was even an old indian burial site. I got to go there once, but was too scared to stay there for long because I could feel the indian spirits and they kepy yelling...
"SHUT UP!!"

yes, i know EXACTLY what you are talking about,....!!! i hate thos loud-mouthed idiots who just can't keep their mouth shut. Especially when they are good with sarcasm! and they'll sit there and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk untill my ears fall off.... and most of the timee it's about nothing, or some story about breaking their nails at the mall... and then the day they saw some cute guy staring at them, but really what he's starin at is the stain on her tee shirt... but then again, that would be embarassing.
oh, and when people ask how i got my hearts and music notes on my name tag, i'll tell ya how to get them, quite easy really to get hearts and music notes on your yahoo name tag, you can either do it :
the easy way :(highlight and right click it) copy off of my name, paste to your name, or whatever it is you want with a heart on it...
the hard way :click the start button, go to all programs, go to accessories, lokk for a program called "system tools" click on it, scan through the different symbols you like, clcik on one, select it, highlight it, then hit copy, and paste it to wherever you want the symbol to be, or i just found this out, you can hit Alt and hold down 3 and you get a heart like so ♥ or Alt 14 and get a music not like so ♫, my favorite and easiest to remember is Alt 1 and you get a smiley face ☺☺☺ isn't it cute?! well, i know what you mean when people don't know when to shut up,.
Have a Good Day!!!!

Usually someone who accuses others of "not shutting up" are usually not "shutting up" themselves.

In other words, when we are annoyed by someone else's behavior, it usually means (even if it is on a subconscious level) that such behavior is part of our own character. It is called "projecting".

Not meant as a put down, but something that is quite true and you may see it quite evident if you do some soul searching.

Hey

either they are afraid of the rest of the world or
they have no fear of anything of the world.

In normal cases people talk in this way only when they are panic about or
when they feel that there is nothing to fear about to behave in that way.

A special mental state the victim purposefully wish to continue or
Unknowingly repeating.

When another person react to it wildly this restlessness is really spreading its hand to another.
That is why wise never react to such situation and
the maximum try to avoid it.

I think they may not have a real concept of how much trouble their mouths can get them into. Sooner or later, everyone who is like that learns when to shut their mouths.
