Cut out fatty and processed foods, and exercise at least five days a week for 45 minutes. Also, increase intake of fruits and vegetables. You can try a supplement or two, but they can have negative side effects on the skin and body.

There is no quick way that is healthy. You just need to eat the right foods in the right perportions and exercise. Doing little things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator will help in the long run.

It all boils down to eat less and exercise more. Find low calorie foods that you like and find good ways to prepare them so you don't have to feel like you're dieting. Then sign up for a sport that appeals to you. I'm a fan of swimming myself.

eat only when you are truly hungry, in other words wait until you literally hear your stomach growl and then stop when you are just slightly full. Sounds so easy, but it can be so hard. However, it is the only way to permantly lose weight.

start smoking about 3 packs of cigarettes a day. works every time.of course you will then need to figure out how to stop doing that once you've lost all the weight you want.:)
