The food actually looks fresh, the presentation is nice even though its in paper products. They seem to take that extra few seconds to make sure it looks good. The employees always look clean and well groomed. The color scheme of In and Out is cheerful. And....I enjoy their malts.

I think In-N-Out is great because the burgers have a homeade real grill flavor, and the milkshakes are delish. I think it's bad however, that there are none in New England, so this is just what I remember from living in CA!

The food is always fresh. Most of all I like the customer service. I've never ever ever received anything less than awesome service from the staff. The restaurants are always spotless clean.

I love the fries--they are so yummy, fresh, different than any other fast food place. The ketchup is the best, it is really thick and good. The sauce on the burgers is delicious.

I love the veggie burgers. I think the secret is the buns. They also use very fresh veggies and my son likes the meat. So, we live in Texas, eat them in Las Vegas and L.A. and just hope and pray they'll come to Texas.

i started eating ther as a child and am now in my 50;s and love them burggers,i just wish they still made real lemon aid other then that they get 20 points out off 10

i like the inside of the building and that pink stuff u put on the hamburgers. its freaken good.
