If they're soft contacts you gently "pinch" them off. If they are hard you put your finger at the corner of your eye and gently pull (as if you're making round eyes more slanted) and that will "pop" the contact out. So be ready with the other hand. BUT WAIT! If you fell asleep with them on and they're stuck to your eye. Don't do anything! Just wait awhile till your own tears remoistureize them and then it will be easy to remove them...good luck!

Depends on the contact. If it is hard, then it is taking one hand to the above eyelid and the other to the lower eye and with a gently push together extracting the contact from the eye. If you have one of those rubbler suction removers those are easier on the eye. If soft contacts then gently take your 2 pincher fingers and as you open your eye wide, try to gently pinch the contact between your two fingers without squeezing it. Otherwise you can create a hole in it that way. Place in contact container with solution.

Don't try to "pinch" the lens when it is still on your cornea. Pull it down like one person advised - just so at least the bottom is on the white part of your eye and then pinch the bottom part.

Also, bauschandlomb.com has some great tips - you should check it out and they also have a free contact lens kit with enough cases for a new one each month (the new recommended replacement schedule for cases)

I wear the semi hard lens, to get them out just pull on the corner of your eye and gently blink and it will pop out. I used to carry a little suction cup with me when I first started wearing contacts so I could take them out.

I just squeeze my eye lids together and they pop out.
